When the roots are strong..........
Sure, Sondwala had a very important role to play-said that in my first 'musings'! I think I am terribly blessed to have his support in everything i did!
As I was saying, when the roots are strong, the tree is unshakable, come typhoons or tsunamis. The small little ups and downs of life that might sometimes crop up and shake our beliefs and values (we are only human) may take charge of our emotions for a few hours, days, but soon the roots react and put us back on track!
They attack the downs by blocking the negative feelings and pumping in the saner, more positive thoughts and values, that act as lifeguards when the mind is sinking; and we spring up with a breath of fresh feelings and a sense of victory (over the negative thoughts). This renews our confidence and reaffirms our values! We have learnt the important art of constructive thinking! With each victory we grow stronger until managing negativism becomes an automatic aand ingrained behaviour pattern!
You must remember, this is easier said than done, but a little bit of determination and dont forget the 2 bits of advise- "be Happy, be Good", and all is easy!
So also the ups are to be taken in stride, be happy, celebrate, but in your hearts know that it is the Sondwala's hand. And never forget to thank Him!
